3rd International Appropriate Technology Conference - 2008

The Ministry of Science and Technology of Rwanda, under the Patronage of His Excellency President Paul Kagame, Northern California of Black Professional Engineers (NCCBPE) and Howard University are pleased to announce The 3^rd International Conference on Appropriate Technology

The conference scheduled for November 12-15, 2008, Kigali, Rwanda is designed to:

Promote the collaboration of individuals, institutions and countries in identifying, assessing, tracking and developing appropriate technology research and action projects, through the use of knowledge management techniques.
Focus on how to meet the increasing energy needs of the less developed world, while minimizing negative global climate change.
