PRESS RELEASE: 10YRS ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS POSTPONED

The National Executive Council (NEC) of the National Society of Black Engineers, Ghana (NSBE-Ghana), announces, regrettably, that we will be postponing the NSBE-Ghana @ 10 Anniversary Celebrations, which was originally scheduled to kick-off from August 17 – August 24, 2008.

We’ve been in close contact with our partners, the anniversary committee and chapter leaders ever since the anniversary preparations began, and have decided in conjunction with them, that this August would not be the best time to commemorate the anniversary events. Having spoken with some of you, we feel this is the best course of action for the time being.

We do, however, want to emphasize that preparations for the NSBE-Ghana @ 10 Anniversary Celebrations is still a go. We therefore appeal to all stakeholders to make your unwavering experience and expertise available to the anniversary committee.

A later date will be announced soon.

Thank you.
